Full House Refurbishment

A request from a regular customer to upgrade a very run down house prior to putting it on the market. We fitted new double-glazed windows, walnut flooring to kitchen as well as a full bathroom upgrade. 

The ground floor is enlarged with a rear extension that knits together the kitchen, living and dining spaces to exploit every inch of available space.

A fully double glazed door leads onto a rear garden which we also cleared of unwanted growth, trimmed back trees and replaced the lawn with artificial grass.

The front and rear elevation has been upgraded with K-Render to ensure minimum maintenance and unify the new composition

New lighting and electric radiators for efficiency were installed throughout the house with electric hot water storage tank. This house was turned around in 3 months.
