Construction Services Process

Our construction services process starts with Concept Stage.

By the end of the Concept Stage, you will have a full set of drawings to show to friends and family.   

This is the phase when we put the plans into action. We work with experienced trusted contractors around London to realise your dreams. We keep them accountable throughout the entire process. From design to construction and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.

The Design Phase is lots of fun. This is where we explore your design options, work with Architects to put your dreams into plans and throw in some ideas that might be new to you! This stage is open-ended, with unlimited revisions & interaction, this gives us freedom to explore the best design options to meet your brief and apply for council approval if needed. We also look at the construction costs at this stage, to give you peace of mind that the design you fall in love with is affordable.

The construction site is a fixed-point organization, in which the property takes shape thanks to 3i Constructions Ltd's equipment and its professional and constantly trained staff, supported by various experts of the building and construction world.

The final step in any build. This phase includes second fix, testing, clean-up, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
